摘 要:为研究粘贴薄钢板加固对H型钢柱轴压性能的影响,设计1根未加固H型钢柱和3根翼缘粘贴钢板加固H型钢柱,通过改变薄钢板厚度和锚固螺栓间距,分别对其进行轴压静力试验。实测试件的应变和变形,研究粘贴钢板加固法对H型钢柱承载力和刚度的影响,采用规范公式进行对比分析。结果表明,粘贴钢板加固法能显著提高H型钢柱的轴压承载能力和刚度,适当增加钢板厚度,减小螺栓间距,加固效果更优良。研究成果具有工程实用价值,为现行规范理论计算公式提供了试验依据。The axial compressive static test included three H-shaped steel columns strengthened by flange-bonded steel plates and one unreinforced H-shaped steel column. and the thickness of the thin steel plate and the spacing of the anchor bolts were respectively changed. Study on the influence of the reinforcement of the bonded steel plate on the bearing capacity and stiffness of the H-shaped steel column by measuring the strain and deformation of the test piece. In addition,the test results were compared with the theoretical results calculated by codes.The results show that the method of reinforcing the steel plate can significantly improve the axial bearing capacity and rigidity of the H-shaped steel column, increase the thickness of the steel plate, reduce the bolt spacing, and the reinforcing effect is better. The results provide a test basis for the normative formula, and have practical value in engineering.
