摘  要:基于最优化理论,以某拱桥悬臂浇筑节段长度为优化目标,建立了优化数学模型,并通过有限元软件ANSYS得到了最优数值解。计算结果表明:拱圈节段浇筑长度变化对索力峰值有较大影响,优化后索力最大增幅40.8%;同时,优化节段浇筑长度可有效降低施工过程中截面拉应力峰值,最大降幅15.34%,成拱后拱圈应力线更逼近于"一次成拱"状态。Based on the optimization theory, this paper establishes an optimization mathematical model based on the length of the cantilever casting section of an arch bridge, and obtains the optimal numerical solution through the finite element software ANSYS. The calculation results show that the change of the length of the arch ring section has a great influence on the peak of the cable force. The maximum cable strength after optimization is 40.8%. At the same time, optimizing the length of the section casting can effectively reduce the peak tensile stress during the construction process, the maximum drop is 15.34. %, the stress line of the arch ring after arching is closer to the "one arching" state.
