摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的科学技术得到较大的完善,尤其是网络信息技术,更是成为世界主要的研究国家。并且,随着社会的转型升级,网络信息技术已经伴充分融入于我国社会工作之中,对于我国社会工作有着重要的影响效果和价值。而财务管理系统作为社会的重要经济管理手段,是企业日常经营中的重要内容,对于企业发展有着重要影响。随着网络技术的不断普及,信息技术的逐步深入,传统的财务管理系统已经跟不上社会的发展步伐,不能够达到预期的管理效果。对此,需要及时对其进行转型升级,创新财务管理系统。而本文首先叙述财务管理的概念,随后简要说明计算机网络环境下对财务管理系统的积极影响,最后详细阐释在网络环境下的财务管理创新发展策略。With the continuous development of China's economy,China's science and technology has been greatly improved,especially the network information technology,is becoming the world's main research countries.In addition,with the transformation and upgrading of the society,network information technology has been fully integrated into China's social work,which has an important effect and value on China's social work.As an important means of social economic management,the financial management system is an important part of the daily operation of enterprises and has an important impact on the development of enterprises.With the continuous popularization of network technology and the gradual deepening of information technology,the traditional financial management system has been unable to keep up with the pace of social development and achieve the expected management effect.Therefore,it is necessary to transform and upgrade the financial management system in a timely manner.This paper first describes the concept of financial management,then briefly explains the positive impact of the computer network environment on the financial management system,and finally explains in detail the financial management innovation development strategy in the network environment.
