摘  要:高校众创空间以市场需求和利益为取向,以市场化运营机制、广泛的资金来源和互联网技术支撑等优势推进高校产教学融合,它能聚集具有创新精神和能力的巨大潜在群体,具备符合市场需求和产业定位的技术条件和成熟的商业形态,可以弥补当前高校服务外包人才培养与市场脱节的不足。借力众创空间,服务外包人才培养实践环节将得到最大化最优化的实现。因此,以众创空间为载体将市场提前介入服务外包人才培养,推进高校服务外包人才培养的改革具有重要的现实意义。college the space by the needs and interests of market orientation,to market-oriented operation mechanism,a wide range of sources and the advantages of the Internet technology to promote production teaching fusion,it can gather with innovative spirit and ability of huge potential,have in accordance with the technical conditions of the market demand and industry positioning and mature business form,can make up for the current service outsourcing talents training in colleges and universities and the shortage of market disconnect.With the help of mass innovation space,the practice of service outsourcing personnel training will be maximized and optimized.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to take the mass innovation space as the carrier to intervene in the market in advance in the training of service outsourcing personnel and to promote the reform of the training of service outsourcing personnel in colleges and universities.
