摘  要:随着人民生活质量和消费水平不断提高,全球消费者越来越多地追求食品营养与健康,致使泰国高端有机香米的市场需求激增,销售价格不断刷新。在全球数字经济蒸蒸日上的环境下,泰国政府总理巴育提出了农业快速转型的泰国农业4.0发展战略(2017—2021年),以保证泰国有机香米的质量和提高农业竞争力。依据泰国农业4.0新政策战略下有机香米的发展要求,对泰国有机香米的现状和国际化发展策略进行了分析,并对泰国有机香米发展前景进行了展望。With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life and consumption levels, consumers around the world are increasingly pursuing the nutrition and health of food, which has led to a surge in the market demand for high-end organic fragrant rice in Thailand, and sales prices have been constantly refreshed.In an environment where the global digital economy is booming, the Thai government’s Prime Minister Bayeux has proposed the Thailand Agriculture 4.0 development strategy(2017-2021) for the rapid transformation of agriculture in order to ensure the quality of Thailand’s organic fragrant rice and improve agricultural competitiveness. Based on the development requirements of organic fragrant rice under the new policy strategy of Thailand Agriculture 4.0, this article studied the current situation and international development strategy, and forecasted the future development of organic fragrant rice in Thailand.
