摘　　要：[目的/意义]现阶段,高价值专利培育是专利工作的重点内容,研究TRIZ在高价值专利培育工作中的创新应用,并提出高价值专利培育工作的具体方式,对丰富我国高价值专利培育理论,建设知识产权强国具有重要意义。[方法/过程]分析现有文献中TRIZ的应用方式及高价值专利培育工作的实际情况,结合TRIZ的思维方式及研究成果,提出TRIZ在高价值专利培育工作中的创新应用方式。[结果/结论]该文提出了结合TRIZ原理的创新专利分析方法,采用TRIZ思维的专利市场价值评估模型,利用TRIZ思维的专利质量提升工作流程,为专利工作者培育高价值专利提供了针对性、实效性较强的参考。[Purpose/Significance]This paper aims to enrich the cultivation theory of high-value patents and the application field of TRIZ in China,and provide targeted and effective references for patent workers.[Method/Process]It analyzes the application mode of TRIZ in the existing literature and the actual situation of high-value patent cultivation,and puts forward the innovative application mode of TRIZ in high-value patent cultivation combining with the thinking mode and research results of TRIZ.[Result/Conclusion]This paper puts forward the patent analysis method combined with TRIZ,the patent market value evaluation method using TRIZ thinking and the patent quality improvement workflow using TRIZ thinking.
