高校干部队伍管理和治理体系完善刍议

摘　　要：党的十九届四中全会提出推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。随着国家发展和进步,高校治理体系也需要进一步完善和提高。高校的主要工作是管理工作和教科研业务工作,二者在思维模式、工作模式等方面存在较大差别。文章粗略分析了管理工作和业务工作的区别,指出了高校在治理上存在的部分问题,提出了一些改进和完善高校治理体系的参考性建议。The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.With the development and progress of the country,the governance system of universities also needs to be further improved.The main work of colleges and universities can be classified into two kinds:management work and teaching and scientific research work.The two kinds of work are quite different in thinking mode,work mode and other aspects.This paper roughly analyzes the difference between this two kinds of work,points out some problems existing in the governance of colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions for improving and perfecting the governance system of colleges and universities.
