摘　　要：文章探讨了新工科背景下,在东莞地区材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养模式改革的思路与措施。通过调研与实践反馈,形成了基本符合国际工程教育认证规范并且适应东莞产业需求的材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养方案;构建了以模具设计与制造为特色专业方向的应用型人才培养模式。The paper explores the ideas and measures for the reform of the talent-training model for materials forming and control engineering specialty in Dongguan area under the background of emerging engineering education.Through research and practical feedback,a talent-training plan for materials molding and control engineering specialty that basically meets the standards of international engineering education certification and the needs of the Dongguan industry has been formed.And an application-oriented talent training model with mold design and manufacturing as its specialty has been established.
