摘　　要：在生命科学各相关学科中,细胞生物学作为一门重要的基础学科,同时也是发展最快的前沿学科之一。任何生命科学的相关研究最终都需要归结于细胞水平的研究。因此,细胞生物学实验教学工作在学生培养过程中起着非常重要的作用,它一方面有利于学生更好地吸收细胞生物学的课堂理论知识,另一方面也可以提高学生的实验技能,为学生将来走向独立自主的科研之路打下良好的基础。在学生掌握基础细胞生物学实验技能后,开展自主实验项目,对学生的文献阅读能力、实验技能水平、实验结果分析能力以及科研报告撰写能力,都有非常大的提升作用。Cell biology is an important basic discipline,and is also one of the fastest growing and leading edge disciplines in life sciences.Any relevant study of life science ultimately needs to be attributed to cell level research.Therefore,the teaching of Cell Biology Experiments is very important for the cultivation of talents,which can help students better understand the theoretical knowledge of cell biology.It will also improve the students’basic technical abilities of experiment,which will be very beneficial for students to engage in independent scientific research in future studies.After the students master basic experimental skills in cell biology,they will carry out autonomous experimental projects,which will greatly improve their abilities of reading articles,experimental skills,experimental result analysis,and writing scientific research reports.
