摘 要:科学、有效的教学实验室评价体系有助于激发实验室的人才培养动力,提升人才培养质量。为解决现阶段缺乏高校教学实验室评价体系的实际问题,聚焦教学实验室的评价和质量提升,建立一套基于层次分析法与熵权法的评价体系,以2017年上海交通大学9个大型教学实验室(中心)为实证对象,基于6项1级指标,19项2级指标进行评价,并给出各个评价维度的意见和被评价实验室需要进一步提升的方向。该评价体系具备与评价要求结合紧密、高效率、动态开放、被评价对象可持续改进四大特点,可推广到高校系统教学实验室考核评价实践中。A scientific and reasonable evaluation system of teaching laboratory is conducive to stimulating the talent cultivation vitality of each teaching laboratory and solving the practical problems in the assessment of each university’s teaching laboratory.In view of the improvement of the teaching quality,this paper establishes a set of evaluation system forteaching laboratories in universities based on the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method.In 2017,nine large teaching laboratories(centers)of Shanghai Jiao Tong University are taken as empirical objects,and the evaluation is based on six first-level indicators and 19 second-level indicators.The evaluation system can give evaluation opinions of each evaluation dimension and the direction of each teaching laboratory to be further improved.The evaluation system has four characteristics:close combination with the evaluation requirements,high efficiency,dynamic opening,and sustainable improvement of the evaluated objects.It can be widely applied to the assessment and evaluation of system teaching laboratories in universities.
