济宁市任城区条带开采沉陷区治理实践与思考

摘　　要：煤炭开采导致的土地塌陷、生态破坏等问题制约了城市高质量发展和人民健康生活,济宁市任城区在城市条带开采沉陷区治理实践中,以政府和社会资本合作的模式,成立"SPV"合资公司,一体化治理采煤沉陷区并综合开发利用,保障沉陷区土地安全开发建设,进一步拓展城市发展空间。The problems of land subsidence and ecological destruction caused by coal mining restricted the high-quality development of cities and people’s healthy life. In the practice of treating urban strip mining subsidence areas in Rencheng District of Jining,the joint venture company of " SPV" was established by the model of cooperation between government and social capital,the coal mining subsidence area was controlled in an integrated way and made comprehensive development and utilization to ensure the land safety development and construction in the subsidence area and further expand the space for urban development.
