摘  要:利用有限元法对电火花表面强化TC4钛合金温度场进行模拟仿真,在其他条件不变的情况下,分析了不同电流强度对强化层温度场分布和变化的影响规律。以仿真模型参数为试验强化参数,在混粉准干式介质中,以石墨棒为工具电极对TC4钛合金进行表面强化,利用扫描电子显微镜对强化层微观形貌进行观测,对比分析了强化实验结果与模拟仿真结果。结果显示,随着电流强度升高,温度场温度梯度变大,热应力变化变强,造成强化层表面微裂纹增多。This paper control the current intensity with other conditions unchanged,using the finite element method to simulate the EDM surface strengthening on TC4 alloy,and analyze different current intensity on the strengthening effect of distribution and change of temperature fields.As the parameters of simulation model used to strengthen the parameters,strengthened surface on TC4 alloy with graphite electrode in the near-dry-powder-mixed Medium.Using SEM to observe the morphology of the strengthening layer,the comparative analysis of the experimental results and simulation results draw a conclusion.With the increasing current intensity,the temperature field and temperature gradient become larger,and the thermal stress changes more strongly,resulting in an increase in the surface micro-cracks of the strengthening layer.
