摘 要:工控机降压电源的常规过流保护方法存在的噪声大、精度低等的问题。为此,本文设计了一种大功率BUCK型DC-DC过流保护系统,以STMF429单片机为控制核心,通过TI公司的工业级集成降压控制器LM25088配合CSD18536 MOSFET组成BUCK降压电路,输出端串联ACS725高精度电流传感器,应用霍尔原理,获得更高的电流检测精度,优化了对供电设备和受电设备的双重过流保护技术。经验证,本系统实现了对输出电流的初值校准、上电保护、实时监控及过流保护,且输出电压波动为1.06%,电流检测线性度好,误差约为0.9%,电路的响应时间约为35μs。The conventional over-current protection method of the step-down power supply of industrial computer has the problems of large noise and low accuracy.In this paper,a high-power buck DC-DC over-current protection system is designed.With STMF429 as the control core,the buck buck circuit is composed of TI company’s industrial level integrated BUCK controller LM25088 and CSD18536 MOSFET.ACS725 high-precision current sensor is connected in series at the output end.Applying Hall principle,higher current detection accuracy is obtained,and the power supply equipment and receiving equipment are optimized Double over-current protection technology.After verification,the system realizes the initial value calibration of output current,power on protection,real-time monitoring and over-current protection.The output voltage fluctuation is 1.06%,the linearity of current detection is good,the error is about 0.9%,and the response time of electric circuit is about 35μs.
