摘　　要：为了解决传统监控系统存在监控效果较差的问题,提出基于ARM平台的智慧社区网络视频监控系统。根据智慧社区网络视频监控系统总体结构,设置主控中心,在ARM平台支持下,设计硬件结构。采用CCD摄像机,将全部被摄取图像经过镜头聚焦到CCD芯片上,及时校正焦聚平衡状态。根据网络视频服务器结构,显示监控器设备信息。依据报警探测器探测入侵行为,转化为能够在系统信道中顺利传输的信号形式。设计社区闭环电路,将有关预警数据传送到监控中心。依据软件视频监控、检测预警功能,完成智慧社区网络视频监控系统设计。由实验结果可知,该系统监控效果较好,为快速判断现场情况提供可视化数据支持。In order to solve the problem that the traditional monitoring system has poor monitoring effect,the intelligent community network video monitoring system based on ARM platform is proposed.According to the overall structure of the intelligent community network video monitoring system,the main control center is set up,and the hardware structure is designed with the support of arm platform.With CCD camera,all the captured images are focused on the CCD chip through the lens,and the focus balance state is corrected in time.According to the network video server structure,display the monitor device information.According to the intrusion behavior detected by the alarm detector,it can be transformed into a signal form which can be transmitted smoothly in the system channel.The community closed-loop circuit is designed to transmit the early warning data to the monitoring center.According to the software video monitoring,detection and early warning functions,complete the design of intelligent community network video monitoring system.According to the experimental results,the monitoring effect of the system is good,which provides visual data support for quickly judging the field situation.
