Review and Prospects of the Research on Physical Health Promotion for Adolescent Students in the Past 40 years Based on the“Yangzhou Conference”

摘  要:以1979年扬州会议的历史回顾为基点,借助Cite Space V研究工具对中国知网(CNKI)收录(1979—2019年)的3317条有关青少年学生体质健康的文献进行计量分析,探讨研究热点与趋向,以期为新时代中国青少年学生体质健康促进的理论研究与实践提供参考。研究表明:(1)扬州会议对文革期间遭受破环的学校体育工作进行了拨乱反正,并进一步明确了“增强学生体质”是今后学校体育工作的主要任务,在新中国70年的学校体育发展史上具有里程碑式的意义;(2)改革开放40年来中国青少年学生体质健康促进研究总体呈阶段性递增的发展趋势,大致可划分为4个阶段:低位发展阶段(1979—2001年)、缓慢增长阶段(2002—2006年)、快速发展阶段(2007—2011年)和高位运行阶段(2012年至今);(3)高产研究机构和作者主要集中在体育专业类和师范类院校,分布较为广泛,彼此间互动性尚显不足,学科交叉与团队合作的广度和深度有待增强。同时形成了三类典型性校际合作网络和两个学术研究共同体;(4)目前形成了三个研究热点:青少年学生体质健康下降归因分析与促进策略;青少年学生体质健康促进政策;青少年学生体质健康促进中外比较和国际先进经验借鉴;(5)未来研究取向应从“单维”向“全面”拓展,由“体质健康促进”向“身体素养培育”转向,重视运动干预类实证研究工作的开展,不断强化健康教育,注重学科融合与跨界合作,呼吁全社会共同参与,多元联动、合力促进青少年学生身心健康、和谐发展,以期其生活质量不断提高。The research makes a bibliometric analysis of the 3317 literatures on the study of physical health of adolescent students collected by CNKI from 1979 to 2019 by using the Cite Space V research tool based on the historical review of the Yangzhou Conference in 1979 in order to explore the subject’s hotspots and trends.It hopes that the research results can provide some references for the theoretical research and practice of physical health promotion of Chinese teenager students in the new era.The results show that:(1)The Yangzhou conference which has a landmark significance in the 70-year history of school physical education development in New China unraveled the school physical education work that was disrupted during the Cultural Revolution and further clarified that“enhancing student physical fitness”is the main task of school physical education in the future.(2)Generally speaking,the development trend is gradually increasing and the research progress has gone through four development stages in the past 40 years:low development stage(1979—2001),slow growth stage(2002—2006),rapid development stage(2007—2011)and high-level operation stage(from 2012 to present).(3)The core research strength is mainly concentrated in sports and normal universities.They are widely distributed and the interaction between them is particularly insufficient.The breadth and depth of interdisciplinary and teamwork needs to be enhanced,and it has formed three types of typical inter-school cooperation networks and two academic research communities.(4)The research topics mainly focus on three hot points:the attribution analysis and promotion strategies of adolescent students’physical health decline,the physical health promotion policies,the comparison between China and foreign countries and the international advanced experience.(5)The research orientation in the future should be expanded from single dimension to comprehensive,from physical health promotion to cultivation of physical literacy,focus more on the development of empi
