摘  要:为了探讨西藏藏沙蒿内生真菌种类与种群分布情况,对采集自西藏曲水的藏沙蒿样品表面消毒后进行内生真菌分离,并采用形态学和ITS序列分析技术对分离到的菌株进行种属鉴定,通过MEGA7.0软件进行系统进化分析。结果表明,藏沙蒿内存在丰富的内生真菌,从其根、茎、叶和花组织中共分离到48株真菌,总相对分离频率为85.42%。其中镰刀菌属(Fusarium sp.)在上述组织内均存在,分布最为广泛,而链格孢菌属(Alternaria sp.)在藏沙蒿植株内分离频率最高,是藏沙蒿内生真菌的优势菌属。研究结果可进一步丰富蒿属植物内生真菌的多样性,也为藏沙蒿内生真菌次生代谢产物的研究奠定了基础。In order to investigate the endophytic fungal species and population distribution of Artemisia wellbyi in Tibet,in this experiment,the samples collected from Qushui of Tibet were disinfected with surface disinfection method and then endophytic fungi were isolated.The morphological and ITS sequence analysis techniques were used to identify the strains,and the MEGA7.0 software was used for phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that there were abundant endophytic fungi in Artemisia wellbyi,and 48 strains were isolated from roots,stems,leaves and flower tissues.The total relative isolation frequency was 85.42%.Among them,Fusarium sp.is the most widespread distribution in the above tissues,and Alternaria sp.has the highest frequency of isolation,which is the advantage of endophytic fungi in Artemisia wellbyi.The results can further enrich the diversity of endophytic fungi in Artemisia,and it will lay a foundation for the secondary metabolites of endophytic fungi in Artemisia wellbyi.
