摘 要:抗菌肽是一种小分子多肽,可抵抗外源性病原微生物的侵袭。动物血液是畜禽屠宰加工的主要副产品,具有较高的营养价值,近年来发现血液中不但富含蛋白质,还存在多种生物活性肽,如免疫增强肽、抗氧化肽、抗肿瘤肽和抗菌肽等,具有极为广阔的开发和应用前景。论文综述了动物血源性抗菌肽的分类、提取方法和临床应用,并对其应用前景进行了展望,为抗菌肽的应用和开发提供理论依据。Antimicrobial peptides are small molecular polypeptides that can resist the invasion of various exogenous pathogenic microorganisms.Animal blood is the main by-product of slaughtering and processing of livestock and poultry.It has high nutritional value.In recent years,it has been found that blood is not only rich in protein,but also contains a variety of bioactive peptides,such as immunopotentiator,antioxidant,antineoplastic and antimicrobial peptides,which have very broad prospects for development and application.In this paper,the classification,extraction methods and clinical application of animal blood-derived antimicrobial peptides were reviewed,and their application prospects were prospected.It provided a theoretical basis for the application and development of antimicrobial peptides.
