摘  要:液相芯片技术是生命科学发展过程中一种重要的高通量新型分子生物学检测技术,近年来发展迅速且广泛应用于生物工程、医学检验、动物疫病诊断等领域。该技术集流式细胞术、荧光微球、激光技术、数字信号处理技术为一体,具有高通量、快速、敏感、准确等优点。论文介绍了液相芯片的原理、优缺点及在猪病、禽病、反刍动物疫病、实验动物疫病和人兽共患病方面的应用,为开发动物疫病检测新技术提供参考。Liquichip technology is a new important high-throughput biomolecular detection technology in the course of the development of life science.The liquichip technology has developed rapidly in recent years,as liquichip technology has been widely used as a technology for bioengineering,medical testing,animal infectious disease diagnosis and other fields.This technology integrates flow cytometry(FCM),fluorescent microspheres,laser technology and digital signal processing technology.It has the advantages of high throughput,speediness,sensitive and accurateness.This paper introduced the principle,advantages and disadvantages of liquichip and its application in infectious diseases of swine,poultry,ruminants,laboratory animals and zoonoses and provided ideas for the development of new detection technology of animal infectious diseases.
