摘　　要：实验动物科技发展水平与生物医药行业、生物安全、疾病防治等领域息息相关,动物实验室发挥着不可替代的作用,然而目前我国在动物实验室的管理上存在动物质量管理制度不健全、福利伦理制度执行不理想、从业人员素质不一等问题,不利于科研活动的进行。科研实验室良好规范(GRLP)作为实验室规范体系,在档案管理、质量监督、标准化程序、安全管控等科研活动中做了相关要求,有助于提升科研实验室的管理效率,因而对动物实验室高效运转也具有指导性意义。论文引入GRLP理念,旨在依据其原则,为改进动物实验室的管理模式,推进动物实验室认证提供依据。The development level of experimental animal science and technology is closely related to biomedical industry,biosafety,disease control and other fields,and animal laboratories play an irreplaceable role.However,at present,there are some problems in the management of animal laboratories in China,such as imperfect animal quality management system,unsatisfactory implementation of welfare ethics system,and different quality of employees,which are not conducive to scientific research activities.As a standard system of laboratory,good research laboratory practice(GRLP)has made relevant requirements in scientific research activities,such as file management,quality supervision,standardized procedures,safety control,etc.,which is helpful to improve the management efficiency of scientific research laboratory,and therefore has guiding significance for the efficient operation of animal laboratory.In this paper,grlp is introduced to improve the management mode of animal laboratory and promote the certification of animal laboratory.
