摘　　要：为确定鸡球虫病活疫苗生产车间消毒的最佳温度和时间以节约能耗,柔嫩艾美耳球虫孢子化卵囊在不同温度下经不同时间的处理,再接种感染14日龄雏鸡,后代卵囊产量结果显示,60℃处理20 min或80℃处理10 min即可彻底杀灭孢子化卵囊,试验结果为鸡球虫病活疫苗生产车间消毒方式的确定提供了可靠的实验数据和设计基础。To determine the most suitable disinfection temperature and time of production workshop of chicken coccidiosis live vaccine,the sporulated oocysts of Eimeria tenella were treated at different temperatures for different times,then inoculated with 14-day-old chickens.The results of offspring oocyst production showed that the sporulated oocysts were completely killed by treatment at 60℃for 20 min or 80℃for 10 min.The results provided reliable experimental data and design basis for the determination of disinfection method of chicken coccidiosis live vaccine workshop.
