摘 要:基于可持续发展理念,谋求人与城市、人与建筑、人与环境的和谐、共生、共同发展之路,已经成为建筑研究者与建筑行业的必然选择。因为城市人口激增、城市空间结构不合理、城市空间污染严重、能源消耗过度等问题使人与环境的关系极度扭曲,不但严重降低了人的主观幸福感受,同时“高科技、低生活”的威胁在不久的将来可能成为常态。本文在这一问题的意识下,重新考察节能设计的两大理念,即主动式建筑设计理念与被动式建筑设计理念,并通过具体案例分析,谋求建构混合式建筑设计理念在现实中的开发与运用及人与建筑间良性互动,从而为形成可持续的稳定生态系统提供理论上的支撑。Based on the concept of sustainable development,it has become an inevitable choice for architectural researchers and construction industry to seek the road of harmony,symbiosis and common development between human and city,human and architecture,human and environment.Because of the surge of urban population,unreasonable urban spatial structure,serious urban space pollution,excessive energy consumption and other problems,the relationship between people and the environment is extremely distorted,which not only seriously reduces people’s subjective happiness,but also the threat of“high-tech,low life”may become truth in the near future.Under the consciousness of this problem,this paper re-examines the two major concepts of energy-saving design,namely,active house design concept and passive house design concept,and through the analysis of specific cases,seek to construct the development and application of hybrid architectural design concept in reality,and seek benign interaction between people and buildings,so as to provide theoretical support for the formation of a sustainable and stable ecosystem.
