摘 要:无线信道模型是建设无线通信系统的基础,基于射线追踪的信道建模方法具有环境匹配度高、预测性能好的特点,常被用于信道链路级仿真中。文章基于39 GHz室外微蜂窝场景下的信道实测数据,利用射线追踪方法对实测信道进行建模和仿真,并提出一种针对块状建筑物绕射路径的搜索方法。仿真结果表明:在视距、非视距场景下,射线追踪模型得到的信道多径参数(多径幅值、时延、角度)及路径损耗均与实测较为匹配。在此基础上利用该模型进行室外微蜂窝场景的接收信号场强预测,所得结果能够适用于后续系统级仿真及毫米波通信系统建设。The wireless channel modeling is the foundation of wireless communication system construction,while the channel modeling method based on ray tracing(RT)has the characteristics of high environmental matching and good prediction performance,which is usually utilized in linklevel simulation of wireless communication system.Based on the channel data measured in an outdoor microcell scenario at 39 GHz,the RT based channel model is established,and subsequently the measured scenario is simulated by the RT model.Moreover,a search method for diffraction path of block buildings is proposed in this work.The results show that the multipath parameters(amplitude,delay,angle)and path loss simulated by the RT model agree well with the measured ones in both line-of-sight and nonline-of-sight scenarios.On this basis,the receive field strength map of the outdoor microcell scenario is predicted by the RT model.The model and results are valuable for subsequent system-level simulation and the construction of millimeter-wave communication system.
