摘　　要：黄龙滩1号厂房已建成运行四十余年,根据DL/T709-1999《压力钢管安全检测技术规程》相关要求,压力钢管运行满40年必须进行折旧期满安全检测,以确定钢管是否可以断续服役及必须采取的加固措施。结合电站运行实际情况中收集的观(监)测成果,在未考虑管壁厚度折减下的分析复核,钢管在各种工况下的安全性基本满足规范要求。The 1#powerhouse of Huanglongtan Hydropower Station has been operated for more than 40 years.According to the requirements of“DL/T 709-1999 Technical Code of Safety Inspection for Steel Penstocks”,safety inspection of depreciation expiration must be taken for penstocks which have been in operation for 40 years to determine whether they can be used further and necessary reinforcement measures.Based on the practical monitoring information,the penstock thickness reduction is not considered in the analysis.The analysis results show that the safety of the penstock under various working conditions meets the requirements of the specification.
