摘  要:通过分析乌海能源有限责任公司利民选煤厂煤泥的性质,针对当前二次浮选二次脱水工艺的现状及其存在的问题,基于“载体浮选”的原理,在二次浮选二次脱水工艺的基础上,提出了分流部分一次浮选三、四室浮选精煤到二次浮选入料的技术方法,从而改善了二次浮选入料的粒度组成。生产实践表明,工艺优化后,当浮选精煤灰分约为11.48%时,浮选精煤产率提高了8.98个百分点。Following an analysis of the property of the coal slime of Limin Coal Preparation Plant of Wuhai Energy Co.Ltd.,the present status of the secondary flotation-secondary dewatering process currently applied as well as the problems encountered,an improved technical process which works according to carrier flotation principle is proposed on basis of the above-mentioned process.It is designed to improve the secondary flotation system′s feed size composition by diverting part of the concentrate products from the 3rd and 4th cells of the primary flotation system into the feed of the secondary flotation system.Practice shows that after optimization the yield of flotation concentrate is increased by 8.98 percentage points with an ash of about 11.48%.
