摘 要:本文通过分子设计,用对硝基苯酚氯化磷与Si-Ni-MgAl LDHs反应制备得到了一种磷-氮-硅协同阻燃材料。采用红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析等分析手段对磷-氮-硅协同阻燃材料表征了其分子结构和热性能,结果表明磷-氮-硅复合阻燃材料表面被覆盖,具有三个失重过程,有机结构在300℃以上才被破坏。同时,通过垂直燃烧测试研究了磷-氮-硅阻燃材料对聚氨酯材料的影响,当磷-氮-硅复合阻燃材料添加量达到8%,聚氨酯材料表现出良好的阻燃性能。In this paper,a phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon synergistic flame retardant material was prepared by molecular design and the reaction of p-nitrophenol phosphorus chloride with Si-Ni-MgAl LDHs.Infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and thermogravimetric analysis were used to characterize the molecular structure and thermal properties of the phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon cooperative flame retardant material.The results show that the surface of p-n-si composite flame retardant is covered,and there are three weight loss processes.The organic structure is destroyed only when the temperature is above 300℃.At the same time,the effect of phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon flame retardant materials on polyurethane materials was studied by vertical combustion test.When the addition amount of phosphorus-nitrogen-silicon composite flame retardant material reached 8%,the polyurethane material showed good flame retardant performance.
