摘 要:研究了挤出加工温度、润滑剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)加工流动性影响大小以及加工流动性大小对力学性能、光学性能及分子量分布的影响。结果表明,因PC熔体粘度较大,单独通过提高加工温度增大PC加工流动性有一定局限性,还需要加入润滑剂。随着加工流动性增大,PC弯曲强度和屈服强度升高,断裂伸长率不变。在一定的螺杆剪切力下,加工流动性提高,分子量分布变窄,起主要强度作用的中间分子量占比增大。The effects of extrusion processing temperature and lubricant on the fluidity of PC and the effects of processing fluidity on mechanical properties,optical properties and molecular weight distribution were studied.The results show that,due to the high viscosity of PC melt,it is limited to increase the fluidity of PC processing by increasing the processing temperature alone,and lubricant should be added.With the increase of processing fluidity,the bending strength and yield strength of PC increased,while the elongation at break did not change.Under a certain screw shear force,the processing fluidity is improved,the molecular weight distribution is narrowed,and the proportion of the intermediate molecular weight that plays the main role in the strength is increased.
