摘　　要：介绍了W909干法烟气脱硫剂催化剂的性能及工业应用情况,小试实验数据表明,该脱硫剂最佳的使用温度范围是200~350℃,空速以不大于1000 h-1为宜,SO2的含量对其硫容影响不大,脱硫剂的脱硫过程需要NOx含量超过20 mg/Nm3才能达到最佳的硫容。工业应用数据表明,该脱硫剂出口SO2小于20 mg/Nm3,脱硫的同时具有除尘的功能,硫容超过20%,具有脱硫精度好,硫容及强度高的特点。The research and industrial application of W909 catalyst for dry flue gas desulfurization are introduced.The data from the small-scale experiment show that the optimum temperature range of the desulfurizer is 200~350℃,the space velocity is not more than 1000 h^-1,and the content of SO 2 has little effect on the sulfur capacity of the desulfurizer.In order to reach the optimum sulfur capacity,the content of NOx should exceed 20 mg/Nm^3.The industrial application data show that the outlet SO2 of the desulfurizer is less than 20 mg/Nm^3,the desulfurizer has the function of dust removal,the sulfur capacity is more than 20%,the desulfurizer has the characteristics of high desulfurization precision,sulfur capacity and high intensity.
