摘  要:基于智能钻井技术基础理论和发展进程,分析随钻测量技术、智能导向钻井技术、智能钻机、智能钻头、智能钻杆、智能控压钻井技术、远程智能钻井决策控制系统等钻井关键技术。中国智能钻井技术存在地面智能化钻井设备研制不足、井下智能化控制核心技术未突破、钻井信息传输控制技术与国外先进水平差距较大等问题。实现中国钻井技术由自动化向智能化升级,将钻井技术与认知智能、深度学习、云计算、计算机视觉、人机交互、虚拟与现实等前沿技术深度融合,是中国多维度、复合式钻井技术智能化发展需要。By introducing the basic theory of intelligent drilling and the research progress of intelligent drilling technology in China,this paper analyzes the core technologies of intelligent drilling such as MWD,rotary steering drilling technology,intelligent drilling rig,intelligent drill bit,intelligent drill pipe,intelligent pressure-controlled drilling technology and remote intelligent drilling decision control system.At present,there are some problems in China's intelligent drilling technology,such as insufficient development of ground intelligent drilling equipment,failure to break through the core technology of underground intelligent control,and a big gap between drilling information transmission control technology and foreign advanced level.In order to overcome the technical problems of downhole closed-loop control and realize the upgrading of China's drilling technology from automation to intelligence,it is necessary to deeply integrate drilling technology with cutting-edge technologies such as cognitive intelligence,deep learning,cloud computing,computer vision,human-computer interaction,and virtual and reality,which is an important development need of multi-dimensional and compound drilling technology intelligence in China.
