摘　　要：介绍了起重机的制动类型和安全制动器的工作要求、构造型式,针对港口起重机断轴和紧急停车两种典型事故状态,分析了安全制动性能,并推导了计算公式,阐述了安全制动器的选型和评价方法,提出了安全制动器的控制原则和要求,通过实际应用验证安全制动器选型方法的科学性,具有一定的推广应用价值。The braking types of the crane and the working requirements and construction types of the safety braking are introduced.For the two typical accident states of port crane breakage and emergency stop,the safety braking performance is analyzed,the calculation formula is deduced,and the selection and evaluation method of the safety braking are explained.The control principles and requirements of the safety braking are proposed,and the scientific nature of the safety braking selection method is verified through practical application,which has certain popularization and application value.
