摘　　要：采用四卷筒差动小车牵引驱动的桥式抓斗卸船机,在更换单根钢丝绳时须拆除卷筒间的刚性联轴器,导致维修工艺复杂、费工费时及成本高等问题,提出一种新型快速分离装置,通过离合器原理可以便捷地实现2台减速器刚性开合的连接状态转换,简化单根小车牵引钢丝绳更换维护工艺,在港口作业的卸船机维护工程方面具有推广价值。The bridge-type grab ship unloader driven by a four-roller differential trolley is required to remove the rigid coupling between the rolls when replacing a single wire rope,which leads to problems such as complicated maintenance process,labor-consuming,time-consuming and high cost.A new type of rapid separation device is proposed,so the connection state conversion of the rigid reducer of the two reducers through the clutch principle can be easily realized.And the replacement and maintenance process of the traction wire rope of a single trolley can be simplified.The promotion value is hided in the maintenance work of the ship unloader for port operations.
