摘　　要：体验经济背景下,游客的感知和态度对旅游地的可持续发展至关重要。以旅游型海岛东山岛为研究对象,在参考和借鉴游客感知相关文献基础上,构建了东山岛景区游客感知量表,由景区服务设施环境、个体消费体验环境、景点规划等3个维度12项指标构成,通过实地调研,运用IPA分析方法对东山岛景区游客感知进行评价。结果表明:景区服务设施环境、个体消费体验环境及景点规划是影响景区游客感知的三个重要方面,景区内游览路线、门票价格、景点体现民俗风情等是影响游客感知的重要因素。据此提出整合旅游路线、合理定位价格、打造特色项目等针对性建议,以期为其他旅游型海岛的可持续发展提供理论参考和经验借鉴。Under the background of experience economy,the perception and attitude of tourists are particularly important to the sustainable development of tourist destinations.Taking Dongshan Island as the research object,this paper triestoconstruct the tourist perception scale of Dongshan Island scenic spots,which is composed of 12 indicators in 3 dimensions,including service facilities environment,individual consumption experience environment and scenic spot planning.Through the field investigation,the paper uses IPA analysis method to evaluate the tourist perception of Dongshan Island scenic spots.The results show that:the service facilities environment,individual consumption experience environment and scenic spot planning are the three important aspects that affect the tourists'perception.The tour route,ticket price and folk customs are the important factors influencing the tourists'perception.Based on this,this paper puts forward such targeted suggestionsas integrating tourism routes,reasonably positioning prices,creating characteristic projects,etc.,so as to provide some theoretical references and experience references for the sustainable development of other tourism islands.
