摘  要:供热管道保温对降低管道外表面温度、减少热损失具有重要意义。在进行保温设计时,为了确保用户的用热要求,须根据管道介质的温降和供热保温管道的经济性来确定保温材料及其厚度。本文以聚氨酯直埋敷设管道为研究对象,在限定管道内热媒温降和限定保温层外表面温度小于50℃的基础上得到保温材料的最佳厚度,并确保最大限度降低保温材料和热损失折合的年度支出费用。The piping insulation has great significance to reduce the external surface temperature and heat loss of the pipeline.In the design of thermal insulation,in order to ensure the user's heat demand,the thermal insulation material and its thickness must be determined according to the temperature drop of the pipeline medium,and the economy of the heating and thermal insulation pipeline should also be considered.In this paper,the polyurethane direct buried pipeline is taken as the research object.On the basis of limiting the temperature drop of the heat medium in the pipeline and the temperature of the outer surface of the insulation layer less than 50℃,the optimal thickness of the insulation material is obtained,and the annual expenditure of the insulation material and the heat loss is minimized.
