摘　　要：变压器现场局部放电试验异常是现场交接试验中最常见的问题。以一起500 kV变压器现场交接试验时局部放电异常的分析与处理过程为例,介绍局部放电试验的试验背景与方法,描述局部放电缺陷处理情况。在缺陷判断过程中,通过对变压器的高、低压线圈进行双边、首端、尾端加压试验,测量局部放电传递比,判断局部放电的类型及发生的大体方位,并给出调整低压引线与周围油箱的距离、检查引线冷压位置等处理措施,提供了一套完整的局部放电异常问题解决方案,为现场局部放电试验异常处理提供一定的借鉴。The on-site local discharge anomaly is the biggest problem in the field transformer handover test.Taking the analysis and treatment process of local discharge anomaly in a 500 kV transformer handover test as an example,the background and method of partial discharge test is introduced in this paper.The treatment of partial discharge defects is described.The double side,head end and tail end voltage energization tests are carried out on the high and low voltage coils in the process of defect judgment.The partial discharge transfer ratio is measured so that the type of local discharge and the general direction of its occurrence can be determined.The treatment measures such as adjusting the distance between the low voltage lead and the surrounding oil tank,checking the cold pressure position of the lead are proposed.A complete set of solutions to the abnormal partial discharge problems is provided.The scheme can be used for reference in dealing with local discharge test anomalies。
