摘  要:国内超临界机组锅炉水冷壁管横向裂纹早期失效较为普遍。根据横向裂纹产生原因和特点,分析对比了目视检测、磁粉检测、超声波检测、涡流检测、渗透检测、射线检测六类无损检测技术在水冷壁横向裂纹检测中应用的适用性及其优点。分析结果表明,阵列涡流和远场涡流检测在役机组水冷壁横向裂纹时,无须打磨清除管壁灰渣等异物,能够在保证高灵敏度的同时提高检测效率。According to the causes and characteristics of transverse cracks,the applicability and advantages of six kinds of non-destructive testing techniques,including visual inspection,magnetic particle testing,ultrasonic testing,eddy current testing,penetrant testing and radiographic testing for detecting transverse cracks of water wall are analyzed and compared.The results show that array eddy current and far-field eddy current are not requiring polishing and removing the ash and other foreign matters attached to the tube wall when detecting the transverse cracks on the water-cooled wall of the in-service unit.The operation efficiency is high under the premise of high sensitivity.
