公路施工中沥青混凝土摊铺机的使用与维护对策

摘　　要：此次施工工作开展过程中,笔者单位属涉外施工,与另外两家当地联合中标公司合作完成此项工程,该单位只负责此次工程中部分路段的施工,总施工长度约8.5km。从工程情况来看,由于此次标段主要位于山岭微丘地区,加之受到当地地质情况的影响,施工难度整体较大,尤其是在沥青混凝土摊铺的过程中,若操作不当,会给沥青混凝土施工带来十分不利的影响。因此,该文针对公路施工中沥青混凝土摊铺机的维护以及使用对策进行了研究。In the course of this construction work,our unit is a foreign-related construction and cooperated with two other local joint bidding companies to complete this project.Our unit is only responsible for the construction of some road sections in this project,with a total construction length of about 8.5 kilometers.Judging from the engineering situation,because the bidding section is mainly located in the hilly and hilly area,coupled with the impact of local geological conditions,the construction is generally more difficult,especially in the process of asphalt concrete paving.Concrete construction has a very unfavorable impact.Therefore,this paper studies the maintenance and use countermeasures of asphalt concrete paver in highway construction.
