质量管理在图书采访同种书控制中的运用研究

摘　　要：针对目前质量管理在同种书图书采访控制研究中缺乏有效管理的现状,该文就同种书的采访控制提出了"书名+责任者"组合模式剔重、图书馆馆藏书目及图书供应商供货书单书目双重剔重的同种书控制程序与具体实操措施,并建立相应的监督管理机制,避免图书馆在资源建设中无效、重复的资金支出,以促成有限的图书采访经费在其经济效益上最大化的发挥。In view of the current situation that quality management lacks effective management in the research of acquisition control of the same book, this paper puts forward the control and measures of the same book, which are the combination of "book name + responsible person" and the double elimination of the library collection bibliography and the supply list bibliography of the book supplier, and establishes the corresponding supervision and management mechanism to avoid the invalid and repeated capital expenditure of the library in the resource construction, so as to promote the acquisition funds in its economy Maximize economic benefits.
