女性深度休闲体育特征的研究

摘　　要：越来越多的女性参与到深度休闲体育活动中,如何探索和解读这种现象的特点及其背后的社会意义显得尤为重要。采用质性研究方法探索女性深度休闲体育特征,通过目的性抽样对19名女性深度休闲体育参与者进行深入访谈,运用质性分析软件NVivo 11.0管理和编码访谈资料。结果表明,女性深度休闲体育特征归纳为自我提升、团体文化、项目认同、休闲利益和性别意识5项。女性深度休闲体育参与是女性主体实践,理解身体意义的途径,深度休闲体育团体提供了女性情感联系、两性求同存异的空间。More and more women have participated in serious leisure sports activities.It is particularly important on how to explore and interpret the characteristics of this phenomenon and the deeply social significance.This paper aimed to explore the women serious leisure physical activity qualities by using a qualitative research method.In-depth interviews were conducted with 19 women serious leisure sports participants through purposive sampling,using qualitative analysis software NVivo 11.0 to manage and encode interview materials.The results showed that women serious leisure physical activity qualities were summarized into five categories:Self-improvement,team culture,item identification,leisure benefits,and gender awareness.It was considered that women serious leisure sports participation was a way to female subject practice and understand the meaning of the body,the serious leisure sports group provided a space for women’s emotional connections and genders to seek common ground while reserving differences.
