针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中在应用磁共振DWI、ASL技术中的探讨研究

摘　　要：目的:应用磁共振DWI和ASL技术,从功能影像学水平来评价针灸对缺血性脑卒中的疗效,揭示针灸治疗脑卒中的中枢机制。方法:收集缺血性脑卒中病例60例,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组在西医治疗的同时增加针灸治疗,对照组单纯西医治疗,治疗前后分别行磁共振DWI、ASL检查,测量责任病灶的面积、ADC值和CBF值。对比分析三个数值的变化。结果:治疗前观察组、对照组责任灶面积、ADC值、CBF值差异无统计学意义(t值分别为1.294、1.670、0.849,P>0.05),治疗后差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.390、2.662、2.927,P<0.05)。结论:针灸对缺血性脑卒中卒中的治疗有很好的疗效,其疗效可以通过DWI和ASL技术证实。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on ischemic cerebral stroke from functional imaging level using magnetic resonance DWI and ASL techniques,and to reveal the central mechanism of acupuncture treatment of cerebral stroke.Methods A total of 60 cases of ischemic stroke were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases.The observation group was treated with Western medicine while acupuncture treatment was added,while the control group was treated with Western medicine alone.Magnetic resonance DWI and ASL were performed before and after treatment,Measure the area,ADC value and CBF value of the responsible lesion.Compare and analyze the changes of the three values.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the area of responsibility focus,ADC value,and CBF value between the observation group and the control group before treatment.(The values of t are 1.294,1.670,0.849,P﹥0.05),The difference in area of responsibility focus,ADC value,and CBF value between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant.(The values of t are 2.390,2.662,2.927,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture has a good effect on the treatment of ischemic stroke,and its effect can be confirmed by DWI and ASL techniques.
