摘  要:目的:探讨四维子宫输卵管造影(4D-HyCoSy)与腹腔镜检查评估输卵管通畅性的诊断意义。方法:纳入2018年1月—2020年3月我院接诊且疑为输卵管阻塞的115例女性不孕症患者,均先后接受4D-HyCoSy、腹腔镜检查。对4D-HyCoSy评估女性不孕症患者输卵管通畅性的价值予以分析,将腹腔镜检查作为评估的金标准,分析4D-HyCoSy在输卵管不通畅中的诊断准确率、敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值。结果:4D-HyCoSy诊断研究对象输卵管为不通畅(通而不畅、阻塞)的各项指标依次是:准确率92.24%(202/219)、敏感度92.91%(131/141)、特异度91.03%(71/78)、阳性预测值94.93%(131/138)和阴性预测值87.65%(71/81)。结论:4D-HyCoSy技术可用于输卵管通畅性检测的初步诊断,早期予以准确、安全地诊断可以给患者后续接受治疗提供重要依据。Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of 4D-HyCoSy and laparoscopy in evaluating tubal patency.Methods The 115 female infertility patients who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 and suspected to be tubal obstruction received 4 D-HyCoSy,laparoscopic examination successively.Analysis of the value of 4 D-HyCoSy to assess tubal patency in female infertility patients,laparoscopic examination as the gold standard for evaluation,analysis of 4 D-HyCoSy in the tubal patency in the diagnosis of accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value.Results In 4D hycosy,the indexes of the fallopian tube that were not unobstructed(unobstructed,blocked)were as follows:accuracy 92.24%(202/219),sensitivity 92.91%(131/141),specificity 91.03%(71/78),positive predictive value 94.93%(131/138)and negative predictive value 87.65%(71/81).Conclusion 4D-HyCoSy technology can be used in the initial diagnosis of tubal patency detection,and early accurate and safe diagnosis can provide an important basis for patients to receive follow-up treatment.
