小儿肠套叠X线影像特征及空气灌肠整复治疗的观察

摘　　要：目的:分析经X线检查小儿肠套叠的影像特征,并阐述空气灌肠整复治疗的具体措施及效果。方法:本次研究时间确立于2018年1月—2019年12月,研究对象选定于我院接受治疗的肠套叠患儿150例,均接受X线检查,并通过空气灌肠实施整复治疗,分析患儿影像特征,计算治疗成功率,并分析影响治疗效果的因素。结果:发生肠套叠的患儿X线腹部平片影像显示可见密影,肠道发生扩张,伴有肠梗阻征象,小肠处发现逆蠕动波。本次150例患儿经过空气灌肠整复治疗后,133例一次成功,17例失败,未出现肠穿孔等问题。经分析,肠套叠类型、有无腹胀情况对治疗效果有一定影响作用。结论:小儿肠套叠通过X线诊断效果良好,可根据影像结果提示治疗效果。空气灌肠整复治疗能够实现治愈作用,提倡推广应用。Objective To analyze the imaging characteristics of intussusception in children by X-ray,and to explain the specific measures and effects of air enema rehabilitation.Methods The time of this study was established from January 2018 to December 2019.The study subjects selected 150 children with intussusception patients who were treated in our hospital.Analyze the image characteristics of children,calculate the treatment success rate,and analyze the factors that affect the treatment effect.Results X-ray abdominal radiographs of children with intussusception showed dense shadows,intestinal expansion,accompanied by signs of intestinal obstruction,and reverse peristaltic waves were found in the small intestine.After the 150 children were treated with air enema this time,133 were successful at the first time,17 failed,and there were no problems such as bowel perforation.After analysis,the type of intussusception and the presence or absence of abdominal distension have a certain effect on the treatment effect.Conclusion The diagnosis of intussusception in children by X-ray is good,and the therapeutic effect can be prompted according to the imaging results.Air enema rehabilitation treatment can achieve a curative effect,and promote popularization and application.
