摘  要:针对梅钢1420 mm冷连轧机组所采用的厚带头启动控制方式,从工艺和模型控制角度,分析机组厚带头启动过程中轧制力设定精度、负荷分配平衡、厚度控制以及张力控制引起开腔的作用机理。在此基础上,开展了针对冷连轧厚带头启动过程的轧制力模型优化,负荷分配平衡、厚度控制以及张力控制等技术措施。通过厚带头启动过程工艺模型优化,全年开腔次数由74次减少到18次。For the threading-in process control method used in Meigang 1420 tandem cold strip mill,from the perspectives of process and model control,the mechanism of setting precision of rolling force,load distribution balance,thickness control and fracture caused by tension control during the start of thick strip head is analyzed.On this basis,technical measures such as rolling force model optimization,load distribution balancing,thickness control and tension control for cold continuous rolling with thick strip head start process were carried out.After these optimization measures are implemented,the number of strip-breaking in thick-head startup throughout the year has been reduced from 74 times to 18.
