摘　　要：针对Cr4合金铸钢支撑辊在生产和使用过程中存在的问题,采用工作层以Cr8高合金铸钢代替Cr4合金铸钢,中间过渡层及芯部以高强度石墨钢材料GS160代替QT450,工作层和过渡层双金属在离心力的作用下浇注结晶,有效解决了高合金材料在锻造和整体静态铸造状态下容易出现的偏析和晶间裂纹问题。以此研发的Cr8合金铸钢支撑辊,具有更高的耐磨损性、硬度以及良好的屈服强度等性能,使用寿命是Cr4合金铸钢支撑辊的2倍。Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the production and application of Cr4 alloy cast steel backup roll,the working layer is used to replace Cr4 alloy with Cr8 high alloy steel,and the middle transition layer and core are used to replace QT450 with GS160 high strength graphite steel,the work layer and transition layer bimetals crystallize under the action of centrifugal force,which effectively solves the problems of segregation and intergranular crack in the forging and whole static casting of high alloy materials,the Cr8 alloy cast steel backup roll developed on this basis,has higher wear resistance,hardness and yield strength,service life is 2 times that of the Cr4 alloy cast steel backup roll.
