摘  要:以丙烯酸甲酯和Exxal-9S异壬醇为原料,采用酯交换法合成了新型丙烯酸异壬醇酯,对不同的酯交换催化剂进行了对比研究,考察了催化剂种类、用量、温度、时间以及反应物配比等对反应的影响,对丙烯酸异壬醇酯进行了应用试验。实验结果表明:钛酸四丁酯是综合性能最优的催化剂,优化的反应条件下,催化剂用量为3%,反应时间为6 h,丙烯酸甲酯和Exxal-9S异壬醇的物质的量比为4∶1,此时异壬醇转化率达99%以上,丙烯酸异壬醇酯收率大于95%;丙烯酸异壬醇酯的支链结构有利于提高压敏胶的初粘力和持粘力。A new type of isononyl acrylate was synthesized by transesterification using methyl acrylate and Exxal-9S isononanol as raw materials.The effects of the factors such as catalyst,raw material ratio,temperature,and reaction time on reaction were investigated.The experimental results showed that tetrabutyl titanate was the catalyst with the best performance.The optimized reaction conditions were that the catalyst dosage was 3%,the reaction time was 6 h,and the molar ratio of methyl acrylate to Exxal-9S isononanol was 4︰1.Under above conditions,the conversion rate of isononanol was more than 99%,and the yield of isononyl acrylate was more than 95%.The application test result showed that the branched chain structure of the new isononan acrylate was beneficial to increase the initial and holding power of pressure sensitive adhesive.
