卫星石化过氧化氢装置精细化管理浅析

摘　　要：总结了氢气、纯水、重芳烃、四丁基脲、蒽醌等主要原辅料的匹配性选择对过氧化氢生产装置“安、稳、长、满、优”运行的重要性,尤其是微量含量指标控制对生产的影响;探讨了生产装置如何进行工艺指标优化调整,进一步降低各种物料消耗;通过不断改进摸索出过滤设备滤材改进及精度提升对稳定生产及产品品质提升至关重要。This paper summarized the importance of the matching selection of hydrogen,pure water,heavy aromatic hydrocarbons,tetrbutylurea,anthraquinone and other main raw materials to the safe,stable,long,full and excellent operation of hydrogen peroxide production unit,especially the influence of microcontent index control on the production.It discussed how to optimize and adjust the technological parameters of the production plant to further reduce the consumption of various materials.And through continuous improvement,it was found that the improvement of filter materials and accuracy of filter equipment was crucial to stable production and product quality improvement.
