摘  要:针对高校专业实习效果不佳的问题,系统分析了构建专业实习师生学习共同体的必要性,并根据多年的实践经验,凝练出良好的师生层级关系对学习共同体的重要性,实习指导教师的领导力、亲和力、组织力和驱动力等软实力,是构建专业实习师生学习共同体的基本保证,在此基础上形成了专业实习师生学习共同体的构建策略,即希望通过“协作探索、教学相长、共同提高”等师生的共同参与和学习模式,提高专业实习效果,并为其他专业的实习提供一定的借鉴。In view of the poor professional internship of college students,this paper systematically analyzed the necessity of constructing a teacher-student learning community.Based on years of practical experience,the authors condensed the importance of a good teacher-student relationship to the learning community,and pointed out the soft powers such as leadership,affinity,organization and driving force were the basic guarantees for building a teacher-student learning community in professional internship.Besides,the construction strategy of learning community was proposed,that was,with the modes of collaborative exploration and mutual teaching and improvement between teachers and students,it will improve the effect of professional internship,and provide some reference for other professional internships.
