摘　　要：目的旨在探讨微泡介导超声空化联合凝血酶选择性阻塞肝脏局部微血管的生物学效应。方法将90只新西兰大白兔按照随机方法分为正常对照组;微泡介导超声空化组;凝血酶组;无水酒精组;微泡介导超声空化联合凝血酶组。利用超声造影及软件定量评估肝脏局部治疗区术前及术后局部微血管血流灌注变化。光镜及电镜观察肝脏局部治疗区的组织超微结构变化情况。结果微泡介导超声空化联合凝血酶组治疗1 h及7 d后局部区域的峰值强度,局部血流容积,最大信号强度及平均信号强度值较其他各组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论微泡介导超声空化联合凝血酶可以有效及安全的阻塞正常兔肝局部微血管,减少局部血流灌注。Objective We aim to block microvascular perfusion of rabbit liver by combining microbubbles enhanced ultrasound cavitation with the hemocoagulase.Methods 90 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups,including the control group,MEUC,HC,PEI and MEUC+HC.Contrast-enhanced ultrasound evaluate the microvascular perfusion at 1 hour and 7-day post-treatment.The software for quantitative analysis of microvascular perfusion and the microscopy for evaluate the ultrastructural changes of liver tissue were used in the target area.Results The peak value,the regional blood volume,the maximum signal intensity and the mean signal intensity of MEUC+HC at 1 hour and 7-day post-treatment as measured using CEUS,were significantly lower than those in the other treatment groups.Conclusions The results suggest that the vascular effects prompted by hemocoagulase combined with microbubbles enhanced ultrasound cavitation can efficiently and safely block microvascular perfusion of liver.
