摘 要:随着全球经济发展,我国集装箱吞吐量逐年增加,国内集装箱港口间的竞争也日益剧烈。港口在满足集装箱吞吐量增长需求的同时,更需要提供高质量服务。在这一背景下,集装箱港口如何有效利用现有资源、提高港口整体作业效率和服务水平成为了关键问题。集卡运输作为港内重要的水平运输方式,它的作业效率对港口的整体运营效率有着重要影响。目前集卡调度存在集卡等待时间久和空驶率高等问题。针对这个问题,文中建立了一个基于作业面模式的集卡动态调度数学模型,以减少船舶的停靠时间和集卡的空驶时间,并使用lingo软件对问题进行求解。为了使模型更贴近实际情况,文中综合考虑了集卡和岸桥协同作业的情况。文中应用了两个算例验证模型的正确性和有效性,算例结果表明集卡的作业面调度模式比作业线模式效率更高,更加经济环保。With the development of global economy,Chinacs container throughput has increased in recent years,and the competition among container ports has become increasingly fierce.The port needs to provide high quality service while meeting the increasing demand of container throughput.In this context,utilize effectively the existing resources,improve the overall operation efficiency and service level has become a key issue for the container port.As an important horizontal transportation mode in the port,the operation efficiency of container truck has an important influence on the overall efficiency of the port.At present,there are some problems in trucks scheduling,such as long waiting time and low utilization rate.Aiming at this problem,this paper propose a mathematical model of dynamic scheduling of trucks based on operation surface mode to reduce the ship's waiting time and improve truck utilization,and use lingo software to solve the problem.In order to make the model more close to actual situation,the cooperative operation between container trucks and the quay is considered synthetically.In this paper,two numerical examples are applied to verify the correctness and validity of the model.The results of the numerical examples show that scheduling based on operation surface mode is more efficient and economical than operation line mode for container trucks.
