摘　　要：文中从高质量发展视角,构建了由区域经济质量、物流创新能力、物流协调能力、物流绿色发展能力以及物流共享能力组成的区域物流能力评价指标体系,并结合相关统计数据,采用模糊物元欧式贴近度法对2007-2017年河南省综合物流能力和分项物流能力进行了测评分析,验证了评价方法的有效性。Based on the perspective of high-quality development,the article built a regional logistics capability evaluation index system from regional economic quality,logistics innovation capability,logistics coordination capability,logistics green development capability and logistics sharing capability,and Combined with relevant statistical data,the fuzzy matter-element European closeness method was used to measure and analyze the comprehensive logistics capabilities and itemized logistics capabilities of Henan Province from 2007 to 2017,and verified the validity of the evaluation method.
