立足物流园区的新零售生鲜冷链物流平台建设方案研究

摘　　要：新零售业态下,物流企业立足物流园区,集聚生鲜冷链物流企业向平台企业转型,实现专业化发展,是前沿的发展方向,制定好平台的建设方案,具有重要的实践指导作用。文中结合中外运构建生鲜冷链物流平台的情况,阐述了平台建设的目标、指导思想,研究规划了平台建设的主要内容,总结了平台建设可行性分析要点,旨在提供良好的建设方案和可行性要点分析,使得平台建设有方案可遵循,对物流企业生鲜冷链平台建设实践具有参考价值。Under the new retail format,based on the logistics park,logistics enterprises gather fresh and cold chain logistics enterprises to transform into platform enterprises,realize professional development,which is the leading development direction.It has an important practical guiding role to formulate a good platform construction plan.Combined with Sinotrans'construction of fresh and cold chain logistics platform,this paper expounds the goal and guiding ideology of the platform construction,studies and plans the main contents of the platform construction,summarizes the key points of the construction feasibility analysis,aiming to provide a good construction scheme and feasibility analysis,so that the platform construction can be followed and the fresh and cold chain platform of logistics enterprises can be provided Construction practice has reference value.
