摘　　要：文中应用波特五力模型,从供应商的议价能力、购买者的议价能力、潜在进入者的进入能力、替代品的替代能力、行业内现有竞争者的竞争能力共五个方面对第三方冷链物流企业的行业竞争结构进行分析,找出存在的问题,给出了相应的对策,以期能对第三方冷链物流行业良性发展起到促进作用。In this paper,using Potter's five forces model as an analysis tool,the effects of five kinds of competitive power of domestic express industry competition structure including the same industry existing competition,the bargaining power of suppliers,demanders bargaining power,the threat of potential entrants and substitute threat to do the research and analysis,according to the analysis of the give some suggestions and measures,in order to to a certain role in promoting health,the benign development of express industry.
